We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. You have to provide us a valid reaon within 14 days of purchase. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. All items must be in their original packaging and labelling. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning. We will only exchange an item once. PLEASE NOTE THAT A REFUND CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS.

Items out of stock

Items that is out of stock we will automatically give you a replacement of the same price unless you stated in the notes that you do not want any replacement.

Faulty items

If you found a faulty item, you must also inform us within 7 days of receipt. All faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.We will only exchange an item once.

Used items/Sale items

There is no refund or exchange if an item had been used, damaged or soiled after purchase.
